Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) across US offices including Richmond VA, Summit NJ, New York NY, Rosemont IL, Red Bank NJ; US Work Authorization required, no visa sponsorship.

Salary: $62,200 - $85,800 + 12% incentive.

What you will do

• Analyze coverage, investigate, evaluate, and resolve assigned claims within authority limits.
• Make reserve change recommendations to management and alert on potential exposures.
• Adhere to fair claims practices, prepare reports, and participate in training programs.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders including underwriting, finance, and IT.
• Mentor with seniors on negotiation strategies and support special projects.
• Travel to claim offices and conferences as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must have or be eligible for claims adjuster license.
• Understanding of insurance claims, legal services, policy types, and product lines.
• Excellent customer service, communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work collaboratively, autonomously, and take initiative.
