What you will do

• Write fair and accurate estimates and supplements for auto/specialty vehicle damage based on photos, fully complying with carrier guidelines
• Utilize training tools and resources to document every claim with high detail
• Maintain records of all interactions with insurance carriers and their customers
• Collaborate effectively with repair facilities while maintaining professionalism
• Manage virtual relationships with teammates, managers, and directors remotely

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of auto damage estimating experience
• Extensive knowledge of automobile parts, repair techniques, parts costs, total loss classification, and fraud detection
• Understanding of basic insurance principles applied to estimating
• Working experience with estimating platforms like Mitchell, CCC One, Audatex
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven, remote production environment
• Located in the U.S. (excluding specified states)
