Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 USD

What you will do

• Apply analytical rigor and AI tools to solve strategic business problems and drive key company metrics.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to identify opportunities and execute in-depth analyses.
• Develop and own KPIs, leveraging AI tools for automated monitoring and anomaly detection.
• Build data models and self-updating dashboards using SQL and Python via AI agents.
• Deploy AI-powered analysis workflows and command line agents to generate insights autonomously.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in analytics, strategy, consulting, or business operations.
• Proven track record of implementing AI-powered solutions to enhance analytical workflows.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for complex queries and manipulating large datasets.
• Solid Python knowledge (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) used in conjunction with AI agents.
• Strong foundation in statistics and data science (hypothesis testing, regressions, forecasting).
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Mode) and their AI-enhanced features.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and MLOps.
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM optimization.
• Knowledge of AI workflow automation tools such as Langchain or AutoGPT.
