What you will do

• Manage inbound data work queues for onboarding, terminations, and member notifications.
• Iterate on AI-enabled workflows and evaluate AI agent performance for operational efficiency.
• Oversee offshore team data management and partner cross-functionally with Claims and Network teams.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to predict and prevent bottlenecks.
• Lead data improvement projects and maintain provider directory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong data analysis skills and comfort with new product tooling.
• Extreme attention to detail in complex and "messy" data environments.
• Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong collaboration skills to drive alignment across stakeholders.

Nice to have

• 2-5 years of experience in operations or consulting.
• Experience or interest in working with AI tooling and automated workflows.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools like Looker; SQL is a plus.
• Healthcare or Medicare experience, specifically regarding provider rosters, claims, or credentialing.
