What you will do

• Act as a sales hunter to identify and acquire new business based on an existing book of business.
• Prospect territories, clients, and leads to increase market penetration for the hirify.global brand.
• Develop national business volume across Ocean, Air, and Overland Freight, as well as Value Add solutions.
• Collaborate with the Asia region global sales team, Product Leaders, and Vertical teams to target accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from research and identification to closing business opportunities.
• Utilize consultative and relationship management skills to grow and maintain client partnerships.

Requirements

• Demonstrated working knowledge of the Freight Forwarding Industry.
• Proven ability to research, identify, and close business opportunities.
• Strong negotiation, consultative, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a global team.
• Highly organized and methodical approach to managing priorities under pressure.
