What you will do

• Own day-to-day Workday HCM operations, including business processes, reporting, and issue resolution across the employee lifecycle.
• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations with internal and external systems such as Finance, Payroll, and IT tools.
• Configure and optimize Workday modules to support evolving business needs while maintaining system integrity.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive automation and system improvements to reduce manual processes.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Talent, IT, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Support bi-annual Workday releases, including testing, documentation, and deployment of new features.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience across configuration and integrations.
• Experience with multiple Workday modules: Core HCM, Reporting, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, and Learning.
• Strong experience with Workday integrations using APIs, EIBs, and Workday Studio.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system or data issues independently.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Unable to provide H1B sponsorship.
