What you will do

• Act as the primary owner of Workday security and integration configurations and processes.
• Develop and optimize custom integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP web services.
• Configure and audit role-based and user-based security groups to ensure proper segregation of duties and SOC 2 compliance.
• Manage the full lifecycle of Workday release management, including feature evaluation, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Payroll stakeholders to design scalable platform solutions that support business growth.
• Manage tenant operations, including sandboxing, data loads, and configuration migrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday Security administration experience, including at least 2 implementation/upgrade cycles.
• 3+ years of experience developing and managing Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio).
• Proficiency with XML, XSLT, and API-based data transformations.
• Expertise in managing authentication policies, SAML SSO, Multi-Factor Authentication, and OAuth 2.0.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Report Writer, Advanced Reports, and Dashboards.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Workday Pro Certifications in HCM, Integrations, or Security.
• Familiarity with iPaaS platforms such as Workato, Boomi, or MuleSoft.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or JavaScript for automation.
• Experience with SOC 2, GDPR, or other compliance frameworks.
