What you will do

• Serve as the primary administrator for NetSuite, UKG, and Avalara systems.
• Act as the product owner for the financial tech stack to identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
• Lead hands-on customization of NetSuite and UKG using custom workflows and SuiteScripts.
• Ensure application reliability and oversee data accuracy for month-end and year-end closes.
• Architect and implement integrations between NetSuite and HRIS, tax engines, and banking APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend architecture and implement solutions for new business initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience as an administrator or business systems analyst with NetSuite.
• Deep expertise in NetSuite configuration and administration.
• Hands-on coding experience with SuiteScript 2.0/2.1.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and IT General Controls (ITGC).
• Must reside in an approved US state (AZ, CO, DC, IL, MD, TX, VA).

• Experience with UKG and Avalara.
