Location: Remote-only, ideal candidates must be based in the United States.

Salary: USD $51,255.00–$60,350.00 (base compensation for US employees, plus commission and equity options)

What you will do

  • Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound outreach to generate qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Attend and represent hirify.global at regional and national industry conferences (10–20% travel).
  • Leverage sales tools like HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and engagement.
  • Identify and qualify prospects based on ideal customer profile and BANT criteria.
  • Manage data, track all touch points in CRM, and optimize outreach for higher conversion.
  • Collaborate with marketing on messaging and with Account Executives on outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • Remote-only, ideal fit based in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0–2 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed activity-based goals.
  • Willingness to travel 10–20% for conferences and events.
  • Confident and clear communication skills across various channels.
  • Resilience and drive to make a high volume of daily outbound touches.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar CRMs) and prospecting tools.
