TL;DR

Payroll & HR Generalist (HRIS/Payroll): Ensuring accurate payroll processing, HRIS data management, benefits administration, and supporting HR projects with an accent on compliance, data accuracy, and employee lifecycle processes. Focus on owning HR tech stack, reconciling benefits and expenses, and providing tier 1 support to global teams.

Location: Hybrid (average 2 days/week in Redmond, Washington office), local applicants only. Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Salary: $82,000–$85,500 base (band $67,000–$104,100) + discretionary bonus

What you will do

  • Process biweekly payrolls, manage HRIS data entry/updates for hires, changes, terminations, PTO, holidays, and tax docs.
  • Administer benefits enrollment, reconcile invoices, support open enrollment and US Wellness Program.
  • Own HRIS reporting, tier 1 support, onboarding/offboarding, compliance responses, and JIRA tickets.
  • Handle office admin like supplies, meals, and facility maintenance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in HR including benefits/payroll; 2+ years HRIS admin (Rippling preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal knowledge of payroll, taxes, benefits.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication skills; handle confidential info and deadlines.
  • High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • US work authorization required, no sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Rippling HRIS experience.
