What you will do

• Manage vendor onboarding and triage procurement requests to ensure timely turnaround and adherence to deadlines.
• Oversee marketing agreements, workplace services, and contingent worker services within EMEIA and APAC regions.
• Develop cost-effective procurement strategies and perform cost analysis with benchmarking reports.
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms in collaboration with the procurement team.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in Confluence/SharePoint and collaborate with the legal department on contract terms.
• Prepare quarterly vendor reviews, ad hoc reports, and financial metrics briefings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields.
• Min. 2 years of experience in data analysis using Excel and Airtable, including summary reports and pivot tables.
• Min. 2 years of experience reviewing marketing agreements, event contracts, and workplace/contingent worker services.
• Min. 1 year of experience in procurement or vendor management.
• Min. 1 year of experience with financial tools such as Concur, Oracle, or Workday.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom or have sponsorship to live and work in the United Kingdom.
