What you will do

• Manage the complete procurement lifecycle, including intake, sourcing, negotiations, and contract management.
• Lead sourcing activities for technology, professional services, and other indirect spend categories.
• Evaluate supplier proposals, pricing, and terms to ensure risk mitigation and best value.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business requirements.
• Track contracts and renewals to identify optimization and cost-saving opportunities.
• Contribute to the documentation and improvement of procurement processes and best practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience in leading supplier negotiations and conducting contract reviews.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, IT, Finance, or a related field.
• Familiarity with procurement systems such as Coupa, SAP, Oracle, or Ariba.
• Must be based in Burnaby or Toronto to meet hybrid office requirements.
• Keen interest in utilizing AI to enhance procurement processes.
