San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)

Salary Range: $120,000 to $150,000 USD per year.

What you will do

  • Act as technical lead for enterprise customers post-sale, owning implementation and expansion readiness
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales to support onboarding, adoption, and expansion
  • Lead technical discovery and solution design aligned to customer workflows
  • Guide integrations with APIs, calendars, workflows, and internal tools
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive best practices for scaled deployment
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer feedback into roadmap insights
  • Build reusable assets, documentation, and frameworks for post-sales success

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Professional Services or similar post-sales role
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers with complex technical environments
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and SaaS architecture
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration with Sales, CS, Engineering, and Product
  • Comfort engaging technical stakeholders and executives
  • Strong problem-solving with customer-first mindset

Nice to have

  • Experience in AI, data, or workflow automation platforms
