What you will do

• Build and maintain playbooks defining deployment stages from scoping to expansion.
• Own staffing and capacity planning, matching Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and Deployment Strategists (DSs) to accounts.
• Track delivery health, surface risks, and drive interventions to keep accounts on track.
• Gather structured feedback from field teams and turn it into process and product improvements.
• Partner with Commercial to refine deal scoping and ensure successful delivery setup.

Requirements

• 3+ years in delivery, operations, deployment, Professional Services Operations, Solutions Engineering, Technical Program Management, or Forward Deployed Engineering.
• Strong operational aptitude to design and run repeatable processes across distributed teams.
• Experience in multi-stakeholder environments, interfacing between delivery/field teams and Commercial.
• Ability to balance strategic work (playbooks, staffing, partnerships) with hands-on execution.
