Salary: $160K – $260K

What you will do
- Own 1–2 high-impact customer deployments, acting as the bridge between the platform and business value.
- Collaborate with Product Strategists and Forward Deployed Engineers to define and implement product requirements.
- Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels to identify and solve high-value business problems.
- Drive the implementation of the Cantilever platform to ensure delivery of actual business outcomes.
- Develop business models and use data to validate solutions and support strategic recommendations.
- Travel (25–75%) to customer sites to support deployments and remove blockers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, strategic account management, consulting, or program delivery.
- Proven track record of managing complex deployments across multiple stakeholders and functions.
- Ability to prioritize high-value business problems in unfamiliar industries or domains.
- Strong communication skills for navigating tough stakeholder dynamics and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Experience working within or closely with enterprise software organizations.
- Willing and able to travel 50% of the time or as needed.

- Prior work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments such as startups or consulting.
- Strong analytical instincts with the ability to extract insights from data.
