What you will do

• Own 1–2 high-impact customer deployments, acting as the bridge between the platform and business value.
• Collaborate with Product Strategists and Forward Deployed Engineers to define and implement product requirements.
• Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels to identify and solve high-value business problems.
• Drive the implementation of the Cantilever platform to ensure delivery of actual business outcomes.
• Develop business models and use data to validate solutions and support strategic recommendations.
• Travel (25–75%) to customer sites to support deployments and remove blockers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, strategic account management, consulting, or program delivery.
• Proven track record of managing complex deployments across multiple stakeholders and functions.
• Ability to prioritize high-value business problems in unfamiliar industries or domains.
• Strong communication skills for navigating tough stakeholder dynamics and aligning cross-functional teams.
• Experience working within or closely with enterprise software organizations.
• Willing and able to travel 50% of the time or as needed.
