Salary: $95,000–$115,000

What you will do

• Own performance and execution for high-impact Paid Search accounts, including enterprise-level clients.
• Lead day-to-day account management, ensuring effective campaign optimization and goal attainment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting performance and translating needs into team direction.
• Provide guidance and oversight to team members to ensure high-quality execution and strong QA practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, strategy, and other media teams for cohesive performance.
• Perform hands-on execution as needed to ensure continuity across accounts.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience with Google Search, including campaign builds and performance management.
• Proven ability to manage complex Paid Search accounts, ideally within an agency environment.
• Strong client-facing experience, including presenting performance and building stakeholder trust.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience guiding or mentoring team members through direction and feedback.
• Must be based in the United States in one of the supported states.
