Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Charlotte, NC (Required to work out of the office)

Base Salary: $105,000 - $110,000

What you will do

• Lead the SEO team, establish KPIs, and mentor SEO Managers to ensure project scalability.
• Execute enterprise SEO strategies, including website migrations and Core Web Vitals optimization.
• Monitor performance metrics like keyword rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation across all accounts.
• Manage client accounts to improve satisfaction, retention, and ROI.
• Drive innovation by adopting new tools and expanding into new markets.
• Review and approve client reports to ensure accuracy and actionable insights.

Requirements

• Location: Must work from the Charlotte, NC office (South End neighborhood).
• Proven experience in technical and content SEO.
• Ability to manage and mentor multiple SEO Managers and their direct reports.
• Experience with enterprise-level SEO projects, including migrations and international SEO.
• Capability to track and optimize KPIs such as domain authority and NPS.
