Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 USD + bonus

What you will do

• Set goals including 100% NSM attainment, CSAT 4.2+, and $150k bookings per half-year across the pod.
• Implement best practices in LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation, Share of SERP, and Functional Content.
• Break down barriers in 1:1s with Strategists, establishing action plans for strategy success.
• Drive accountability and stay ahead of industry trends like AI and automation in marketing.
• Manage client and employee retention, directly impacting P&L.

Requirements

• Must reside in the US with work authorization; able to work remotely from home office with reliable internet.
• Experience in paid search, social, and performance marketing for B2B SaaS/tech.
• Strong analytics, storytelling, and growth mindset in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with laptop/PC, Zoom, Slack, and office tools; ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
