Location: US-Remote. Onsite, hybrid, or remote depending on location. 0–10% travel may be required.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and YouTube.
- Manage daily in-platform activities including keyword strategy, bid management, audience targeting, ad copy testing, and budget allocation.
- Develop full-funnel strategies aligned to marketing priorities, product focus, and pipeline targets.
- Monitor and optimize performance metrics like CPL, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and pipeline contribution.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and search query mining to identify opportunities.
- Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Creative, Marketing Operations, and Web teams for alignment on messaging, tracking, and optimization.
- Lead testing strategies and provide reporting with actionable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in paid search strategy and execution across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with strong knowledge of YouTube advertising.
- Proven experience managing performance-driven paid search budgets in B2B environment.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize toward pipeline, revenue, and ROI goals.
- Advanced knowledge of keyword strategy, match types, bidding, quality score, and audience layering.
- Experience with conversion tracking, offline imports, multi-touch attribution, A/B testing, and landing page optimization.
- 5+ years hands-on experience managing paid search in B2B technology, with cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and Salesforce reporting.
