Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada. This is a remote role unless you live within approximately 50 miles of San Mateo, CA or Provo, UT offices, then hybrid schedule (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays in-office).

Salary: $160,000 – $190,000 (US-based)

• Act as strategic talent partner to C-level executives.
• Track and report on hiring metrics.
• Manage multiple concurrent searches.
• Build job descriptions, interview rubrics, and process improvements.
• Use modern recruiting tools like Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Represent hirify.global in every candidate interaction.

Requirements

• 6+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience in early-stage high-growth tech company.
• Proven track record sourcing passive top-tier G&A talent.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-volume candidates.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical skills using data to optimize recruiting.
• Self-starter mentality in fast-paced environments.
