Salary: $82,000 - $109,300 a year

What you will do

• Provide presales technical support and act as the primary technical liaison for customers from quoting to delivery.
• Evaluate 3D CAD models, RFQs, and drawings to optimize designs for manufacturability, quality, and cost.
• Collaborate with internal manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to align project scope and mitigate risks.
• Translate customer technical requirements and volume needs into optimal factory solutions.
• Define and control project scope, requirements, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project performance against KPIs including close rate, revenue, and on-time delivery.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering with 6+ years of experience, or 8+ years of directly related manufacturing experience.
• Subject Matter Expertise in Injection Molding.
• Proficiency in 3D solid modeling using native CAD software and reading technical drawings.
• Experience managing complex projects and working in technical customer-facing roles.
• U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency (Green Card) required for ITAR compliance.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for managing customer expectations and escalations.
