What you will do

• Review and update manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies and equipment.
• Design the arrangement of machines within plant facilities to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Develop sequences of operations and specifications for the fabrication of tools and equipment.
• Inspect machinery and tool performance to identify deficiencies and initiate corrective actions.
• Implement and develop manufacturing processes applicable to statistical process control (SPC).
• Collaborate with engineering teams on design concepts to optimize the use of equipment and manufacturing techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire (sponsorship is not available for this level).
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Danvers, MA.

Nice to have

• Experience with injection molding, assembly processes, and fusing technologies.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Previous experience within the medical device manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with basic statistical analysis or statistical software.
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, equipment setup, or process experiments.
