What you will do

• Apply knowledge of hirify.global's Quality Management System to sustaining manufacturing, supplier quality, and new product development.
• Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement, yield enhancement, and cycle time reduction.
• Determine root causes of in-process quality issues and implement solutions.
• Adhere to and ensure team compliance with QMS, domestic, and global regulations.
• Support production lines for high-performing catheter products.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in manufacturing or laboratory environment; medical device experience preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or scientific discipline
• Experience with injection molding and tooling development preferred
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
• Clear written and oral communication skills
