Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 USD

What you will do
- Drive territory growth by prospecting, developing, and closing new business while expanding existing accounts.
- Serve as primary account manager for physicians, genetic counselors, and staff, delivering consultative sales presentations.
- Coordinate in-person and virtual client meetings, lead educational efforts like in-office appointments and conferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for onboarding, service delivery, and issue resolution.
- Maintain high field presence (4.5 days/week), track opportunities in CRM, and meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay current on genomics developments and competitive landscape to position effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years in healthcare sales (physician environment preferred) or 2+ years as genetic counselor.
- Valid driver's license required; able to work independently and manage territory/time.
- Keen technical aptitude to promote multiple services and manage opportunities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
