What you will do

• Own the project scope, goals, and outcomes for New Product Development (NPD) projects.
• Align project direction and key decision points across global business disciplines.
• Maintain detailed project schedules to meet retailer requirements and delivery timelines.
• Communicate project status, risks, and critical issues to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Engineering and Design Managers to ensure the delivery of 5-star rated products.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (indicated by US-specific benefits and location).
• 5+ years of experience in project management or engineering.
• Proven track record of managing projects through the full product lifecycle.
• Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and constraints.
• Engineering background with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience presenting complex information to senior stakeholders.

• Experience in plastics or consumer household appliances.
