What you will do

• Develop actionable influencer strategies and creator mixes aligned with business goals and campaign KPIs.
• Design performance-driven influencer programs and identify opportunities to optimize efficiency and results.
• Collaborate with sales, media, and execution teams to ensure strategies are actionable and cohesive.
• Contribute to pitch development and deliver strategic narratives during client presentations.
• Monitor social trends and platform updates to inform recommendations and strengthen strategic approaches.
• Define testing frameworks and analyze performance data to refine creator selection and content direction.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social strategy, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Ability to translate briefs into actionable strategies focused on aligning creative ideas with business goals.
• Deep understanding of social platforms, creator ecosystems, trends, and engagement drivers.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into strategic optimizations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for effective stakeholder collaboration and pitching.
• Must be based in one of the approved US states (AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI).
