What you will do

• Lead, coach, and evaluate a team of clinical support staff through regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Oversee the delivery of virtual imaging and referral support, including scheduling and insurance verification.
• Monitor workflow performance and dashboards to ensure service standards and patient needs are met.
• Drive quality and process improvement projects using data to enhance team performance and member experience.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex clinical cases and workflow clarifications.
• Manage the full talent lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with a current state license.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• 5+ years of clinical experience, preferably in primary, ambulatory, or telehealth settings.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and other clinical technologies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive accountability in fast-paced environments.
