What you will do

• Lead, hire, and onboard a team of nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff.
• Manage team performance focusing on quality, productivity, and alignment with core values.
• Monitor workflow performance and team dashboards to ensure service levels are met.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex cases and workflow clarifications.
• Collaborate with clinical quality teams to identify performance gaps and drive process improvement.
• Lead projects to optimize team performance and improve member experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• 5+ years of clinical experience (telehealth and primary/ambulatory care preferred)
• 2+ years of people management experience in a clinical setting
• Must be based in the United States
