What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding organizational communication and contract management.
• Market additional services and products to existing clients.
• Manage dispute resolution and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Establish and communicate clear expectations regarding roles and responsibilities for services provided.
• Meet internal and external metrics associated with assigned contracts.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with specialization in Nephrology and case review required.
• Minimum of 7 years of clinical experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel between 15% and 60%.
