Location: Requires active work authorization in the US. Flexible hybrid model primarily from New York Metropolitan area (onsite three days a week: Tue-Wed-Thu) and remote via San Francisco/Bay Area, Seattle, Boston, Chicago, Washington D.C. (quarterly Work Together Days).

Salary: $119,000 - $161,000 per year

What you will do

• Design retrospective and prospective projects to evaluate impact on health outcomes like preterm birth and mental health.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Product, Data, and Care teams on analyses, literature reviews, and evidence-based care workflows.
• Analyze data using SQL, R, and statistical methods including adjusted regressions and structural equation modeling.
• Communicate research findings to scientific community, clients, internal teams, and Marketing via publications and presentations.
• Support product design by reviewing guidelines to prioritize interventions and translate evidence into scalable programs.
• Leverage AI to enhance research efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Active work authorization in the US required.
• Master’s degree + 3 years experience or PhD in healthcare, public health, or related field.
• Experience developing clinical protocols, care pathways, and decision logic from evidence.
• Coding in SQL and R (or quick learner), with data-driven problem-solving.
• Statistical expertise in adjusted regressions and structural equation modeling.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex data for diverse audiences.
• Flexibility in fast-paced startup, ability to learn health topics quickly.

• Experience with data visualization (Looker).
• Work with Product teams or startups.
