Salary: $21.00 – $35.00 per hour

What you will do

• Manage the RFQ process, ensuring all drawings, BOMs, and specifications are complete.
• Handle customer communication, including quote acknowledgments and follow-ups.
• Input and track quote data within internal ERP and quoting software.
• Review incoming customer POs to identify discrepancies in pricing, scope, or terms.
• Organize and archive quote documentation for audit readiness and internal visibility.
• Coordinate the handoff of accepted orders to the operations team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee to comply with ITAR regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a manufacturing environment or the aerospace industry.
• Familiarity with AS9100 standards.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems.
• Basic understanding of electrical components and cable assembly drawings.
