TL;DR

People Manager, Field Operations (HR): Leading the employee lifecycle and operational effectiveness for front-line property teams across U.S. markets with an accent on employee relations and leadership coaching. Focus on driving performance management at scale, ensuring legal compliance, and optimizing onboarding for high-growth environments.

Location: Miami, FL. Must be on-site minimum 4 days per week and available for out-of-state travel.

What you will do

  • Act as the primary HR contact for front-line property teams across multiple US locations.
  • Manage end-to-end employee relations, including complex investigations and conflict resolution.
  • Coach on-site leaders to improve performance management and team accountability.
  • Execute and optimize People initiatives, specifically onboarding and retention strategies.
  • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Analyze turnover and engagement trends to implement proactive action plans.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR/People experience in multi-site, hospitality, or property management environments.
  • Based in Miami, FL with a minimum of 4 days per week on-site presence.
  • Willingness and ability to travel out of state as the company grows.
  • Deep expertise in employee relations and high-stakes decision-making.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-state employment laws and best practices.
  • Proven experience coaching front-line and mid-level leaders.
