What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for Engineering, Product, and Design across Argentina, Canada, and the US.
• Act as a talent advisor by developing deep relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and global stakeholders.
• Innovate sourcing techniques to build inclusive and balanced talent pipelines.
• Lead the end-to-end hiring journey from sourcing and screening to negotiation and closing.
• Partner with global Talent Acquisition teams to attract talent supporting various business lines.
• Drive high-touch communication to enhance candidate engagement and the overall recruitment experience.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical recruiting experience in Engineering, Product, and Design for high-growth technology companies.
• Experience recruiting in North America (US & Canada).
• Previous experience working in a SaaS company.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex compensation packages.
• Ability to partner with and influence senior hiring managers and executives.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting in EMEA or LATAM regions.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS.
