Salary: $127,000 - $180,000 annually

What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior leadership and executive roles across Technology, Product, Data, and Operations.
  • Partner with C-suite executives and HRBPs to define role scope and hiring strategies.
  • Proactively source and engage high-caliber passive talent for complex searches.
  • Manage high-touch, consultative candidate experiences from initial outreach to offer closing.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on market dynamics and competitive intelligence.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for future senior and executive talent needs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience, with a significant focus on senior leadership and executive searches.
  • Proven experience recruiting in technology-enabled, SaaS, or healthtech environments.
  • Demonstrated success as a hands-on individual contributor.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to partner credibly with C-suite leaders.
  • Deep expertise in proactive sourcing and closing senior-level passive candidates.
  • Must be based in the US (eligible for 401k and US health benefits)

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare and/or healthtech.
  • Experience working in a hyper-growth environment.
