Salary: $127,000 - $180,000 annually

What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior leadership and executive roles across Technology, Product, Data, and Operations.
- Partner with C-suite executives and HRBPs to define role scope and hiring strategies.
- Proactively source and engage high-caliber passive talent for complex searches.
- Manage high-touch, consultative candidate experiences from initial outreach to offer closing.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on market dynamics and competitive intelligence.
- Build and maintain pipelines for future senior and executive talent needs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of recruiting experience, with a significant focus on senior leadership and executive searches.
- Proven experience recruiting in technology-enabled, SaaS, or healthtech environments.
- Demonstrated success as a hands-on individual contributor.
- Strong executive presence and ability to partner credibly with C-suite leaders.
- Deep expertise in proactive sourcing and closing senior-level passive candidates.
- Must be based in the US (eligible for 401k and US health benefits)
