What you will do

• Set the strategic vision and lead long-term planning and integrated decision-making for a portfolio of brands.
• Provide executive counsel to VP/C-suite client partners on brand, business, and portfolio strategy.
• Oversee an $8M+ portfolio, ensuring strong topline, margin, and forecast performance.
• Identify growth opportunities and lead pitch strategies to expand existing business and win new accounts.
• Partner with senior cross-functional leaders to align delivery, operating models, and capability development.
• Provide guidance and oversight to senior account leads, setting standards for performance and strategic quality.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or healthcare communications.
• Deep experience leading large, complex portfolios within healthcare/pharma.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate at an enterprise level.
• Demonstrated financial leadership across multimillion-dollar books of business.
• Must be based in the US.
