What you will do

• Support hirify.global digital products by tracking and resolving customer issues with R&D and release teams.
• Conduct design benchmarks and develop custom flows and methodologies for customer needs.
• Provide place-and-route expertise to customers and internal development teams.
• Drive development of chip design tools through close collaboration across teams.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years or MS with 1+ year in digital implementation as design or product engineer.
• Solid understanding of VLSI physical design, timing analysis, clock tree synthesis, routing optimization, and silicon signoff at 7nm and below.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard EDA tools for synthesis, physical design, and signoff.
• Strong analytical skills for diagnosing challenges and delivering solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in scripting languages or AI tools for productivity.
