What you will do

• Define and execute the banking partner roadmap across entities, corridors, currencies, and use cases.
• Lead market intelligence and build business cases for new banking partner additions.
• Own end-to-end bank onboarding, including due diligence, KYB, legal review, and compliance approvals.
• Coordinate Legal, Compliance, Product, Treasury, and Operations teams to ensure operational readiness.
• Manage post-go-live relationship health, including SLA tracking, incident management, and escalation handling.
• Advise leadership on portfolio-level resilience and redundancy to prevent operational constraints.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in banking partnerships, financial infrastructure, treasury, or fintech operations.
• Direct experience managing relationships with Tier 1 banks and fintechs.
• Deep familiarity with cross-border payment infrastructure, including SEPA, SWIFT, and FX.
• Proven track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder processes from strategy through execution.
• Must be based in London to support the hybrid office schedule.
