Salary: $117,000 – $135,000

What you will do

• Lead the design and management of sponsorship strategies, valuation, and measurement for a diverse client portfolio.
• Aggregate and analyze marketing data using internal, third-party, and client-owned research tools.
• Develop data-driven personas, segmentation models, and customer journeys in collaboration with strategy teams.
• Create and package data visualization reports for internal stakeholders and senior clients.
• Interpret consumer and category trends to inform partnership and communication strategies.
• Mentor junior team members and facilitate collaboration between account, data, and creative teams.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in data-driven insights and strategic roles.
• Expertise in quantitative and qualitative consumer research.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data storytelling and presentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, etc.) preferred.
• Must be based in New York or Los Angeles for hybrid office attendance.
• Strong communication skills for direct consultation with C-suite clients.
