Salary: $69,600 - 104,400 + cash incentives

What you will do

• Analyze and interpret data related to Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations to support business requirements.
• Perform data cleansing and structuring to ensure high-quality reporting outputs.
• Develop, streamline, and update KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and regular/ad-hoc reports.
• Organize and model data efficiently to generate actionable business insights.
• Document reporting procedures and create presentations to provide guidance on insights and recommendations.
• Provide training to end users on how to effectively utilize reports.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or similar roles.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas) and relational databases such as SQL.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or authorized to work in the US.
• Ability to travel 10-20%.
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in environments with mechanical parts or outdoor weather conditions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Proficiency in R, Python, SAP, Power Query, or Access.
• Familiarity with large datasets or statistical programming tools.
