What you will do

• Define and maintain an enterprise reporting framework and standards for report design, metric definitions, and visualization.
• Oversee the design, development, and optimization of Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
• Own reporting governance processes, including intake, prioritization, and quality control to ensure data reliability.
• Guide the team in analyzing operational, financial, and customer data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of reporting analysts, building their skills in analytics and automation.
• Partner with data and technology teams to align reporting solutions with enterprise data architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence.
• 3+ years of experience leading analysts or managing reporting teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel.
• Experience establishing reporting standards and governance within an enterprise environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from a local office on a hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• Experience with AI-enabled analytics.
• BI certifications in Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
