Salary: $92,891 - $176,493 annually

What you will do
- Create and maintain supply plans, capacity plans, and master production schedules using demand forecasts and sales trends.
- Manage business relationships with suppliers to purchase goods and services at the lowest total cost.
- Resolve MRP exceptions and discrepancies, serving as the Subject Matter Expert for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
- Monitor inventory levels and implement actions to minimize scrap of raw materials and finished goods.
- Lead supply chain projects and process improvement initiatives with significant ROI and business impact.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering to resolve sourcing issues and manage supply risk exposure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience in a supply chain role (planning, purchasing, or logistics).
- 3+ years of leadership experience with direct reports.
- 2+ years of experience in Medical Device, Pharma, or other Healthcare fields.
- Experience using an ERP system in a manufacturing environment, specifically Oracle EBS.
- CPIM-APICS and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certifications are required.
- Experience in a GMP and/or FDA regulated environment is required.
