What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing planning team through coaching and career development.
• Establish and standardize NPI planning best practices to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Define global sourcing strategies and oversee supplier engagement for prototype and production builds.
• Manage material planning, procurement, inventory, and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
• Execute production builds, including work order releases, build progress tracking, and scrap management.
• Develop lead time models, risk-buy strategies, and demand forecasts using data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of experience working with electro-mechanical products.
• Proven expertise in supply chain, materials, and production planning.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas).
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
• Ability to travel occasionally (~10%) to Asia-based contract manufacturers.
