What you will do

• Supervise, develop, and evaluate a team of New Product Planners and Buyers.
• Oversee multi-level Bills of Materials for complex electro-mechanical and PCBA-based products.
• Direct procurement for prototype materials, including quoting, sourcing, and supplier engagement.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure build readiness and resolve material-related issues.
• Manage relationships with global suppliers and contract manufacturers to support NPI needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely release of work orders and material transactions within MRP/ERP systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or Engineering preferred.
• 10+ years of overall experience, with 5+ years in material planning, procurement, or supply chain in NPI environments.
• Hands-on experience with PCBA manufacturing and electro-mechanical products.
• Strong working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional initiatives.
• US Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident (ITAR requirement).
