Location: Hybrid schedule based in South Charlotte, NC (Monday through Thursday onsite, Friday remote)

Salary: $95,000 – $140,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead HR programs and solutions for assigned business teams (~200 employees) using a data-driven approach.
• Provide consultative HR support to diagnose and solve complex people and operational challenges.
• Offer expertise in performance management, employee relations, leadership coaching, and organizational development.
• Collaborate with Talent Management, L&D, and Recruiting to drive business performance and engagement.
• Manage key talent processes, including performance reviews, talent calibrations, and planning.
• Coach first-level managers on performance management and career development for their teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of overall experience in Human Resources.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HRBP supporting exempt-level roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in federal and state employment laws.
• Experience as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in an "influence-without-authority" capacity.
• Must be based in or able to work from the South Charlotte, NC Headquarters.
