Salary: 120,000 - 150,000 USD per year (US National)

What you will do

  • Partner with leaders to develop and execute HR strategies supporting organizational goals.
  • Advise managers on employee relations, performance, career development, and talent retention.
  • Analyze people data to identify trends and recommend action plans.
  • Design and deliver learning initiatives, workshops, and development resources.
  • Support career pathing, succession planning, and internal mobility.
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams for consistent policies and experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience as HR Business Partner
  • Experience designing learning programs and managing payroll/benefits
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, regulations, organizational design, workforce planning
  • Analytical skills for people data, plus communication, coaching, stakeholder management

Nice to have

  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR)
  • Experience in SaaS or technology-driven environment
