Salary: $204,000 - $255,000 USD (Tier 1 markets: NYC/SF/Seattle); geographic pay differential for other US locations.

What you will do

• Develop talent management and succession planning strategy to grow internal talent.
• Define and drive talent development initiatives including onboarding and leadership programs.
• Build scalable manager training, high-performer programs, and one-on-one coaching.
• Analyze data to identify gaps, measure program ROI, and create learning paths.
• Partner with leaders to develop high-potentials and ensure equality in opportunities.
• Lead team while hands-on executing programs and scaling the function.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Talent Management, L&D, OD or transferable experience
• Proven track record designing and implementing learning programs
• Prior people management experience with coaching ability
• Strong analytical skills for data reporting and interpretation
• Experience leveraging technology for workflows and performance metrics
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to handle fast-paced environment
