What you will do

• Lead and mentor a sales team, focusing on skill development and career progression.
• Pitch and close deals with prospective SME clients via phone and face-to-face meetings.
• Manage new customer relationships to ensure smooth onboarding and initial trades.
• Provide accurate sales volume forecasting and implement regional sales programs.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
• Ensure adherence to company-wide sales methodologies and administrative processes.

Requirements

• Proven track record of sales management in FX or cross-border financial services.
• Experience in financial services; having a professional network is an advantage.
• Demonstrable ability to mentor, coach, and develop personnel.
• Strong negotiation skills for building relationships at senior levels with SME customers.
• Complete fluency in English.
• Must be based in Vancouver, Canada.
