TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own and manage portfolio of consumer alliance partners, accountable for retention and revenue growth
  • Build and execute structured account plans, conduct QBRs, and drive partner engagement
  • Identify referral growth opportunities, launch promotional initiatives, and optimize onboarding
  • Pursue new partnerships in HR/benefits, membership organizations, and related ecosystems
  • Track performance metrics, deliver reporting, and surface data-driven insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, finance, and legal teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing B2B/B2C partnerships in financial services, payments, or FX, with referral ecosystems
  • Experience in employee benefits or member-based distribution models preferred
  • Strong understanding of consumer FX, cross-border payments, and international money movement
  • Proven account management, revenue ownership, and operational rigor with CRM and reporting
  • Analytical skills to interpret performance data and identify risks/opportunities
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Willingness to travel for partner meetings and events
