Partnerships Account Executive, Wealth Channel (Fintech)

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 CAD (plus variable bonus/commission)

What you will do

• Prospect and build relationships with wealth advisors, managers, planners, private bankers, and family offices
• Conduct discovery to assess partner needs and cross-border FX opportunities
• Present value proposition, negotiate referral agreements, and ensure compliance
• Manage Salesforce pipeline with forecasting, stage tracking, and conversion
• Activate partners, enable referrals, and handoff clients to dealer teams
• Transition advisors to Senior Partnerships Manager and collaborate cross-functionally

Requirements

• 4+ years in full-cycle closing role (professional/financial services) with quota attainment; channel/partner sales preferred
• Experience with wealth intermediaries (advisors, managers, planners) or adjacent services; FX/cross-border payments a plus
• Strong consultative selling, discovery, value articulation, and negotiation skills
• Pipeline rigor, territory planning, CRM hygiene (Salesforce preferred)
• Confident communication, stakeholder management, organization, and execution focus
• Willingness to travel for meetings and events
