TL;DR
Client Success Manager (Implementation) (Fintech/SaaS): Partnering with newly acquired B2B clients to ensure seamless onboarding and adoption of 's global payments platform, corporate cards, and integrations with an accent on educating users, customizing implementations, and resolving workflow barriers. Focus on building client relationships, managing implementation projects, and driving platform utilization to optimize financial operations and spend control.
Location: Toronto, ON, Canada (flexible hybrid model, typically 1-2 days per week in Toronto or Edmonton offices)
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 CAD (plus variable bonus)

What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives for smooth handoff and understand client requirements during implementation.
- Collaborate with clients to map workflows, problem-solve barriers, and support product setup like FX, corporate cards, accounting syncs, and approvals.
- Educate and train clients on platform usage to maximize value in money management and financial operations.
- Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce and escalate feedback to internal teams for product improvements.
- Demonstrate solutions to highlight business benefits and drive adoption.
Requirements
- 2+ years in sales, customer success, or project implementation in SaaS, B2B, or payments
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills
- Proven project management, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with finance leaders, accounting firms; familiarity with SaaS tools and web conferencing
- Team player, self-motivated, adaptable in fast-paced environments
Nice to have
- FinTech/payments industry knowledge
- Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
