Salary: OTE $150,000–$180,000 USD (base $80,000–$90,000 + uncapped commission)

What you will do
- Own the entire outbound sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, hitting monthly revenue targets as a senior hunter.
- Communicate confidently via phone, email, web conferencing, and in-person with finance leaders, controllers, accountants, and C-level executives.
- Articulate value proposition, negotiate deals, and guide clients through onboarding with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate client records and forecasting in Salesforce, staying updated on products and competitors.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients to exceed sales goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years in full-cycle closing sales for SMB/Mid-Market B2B SaaS or payments, with proven success in large deals
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience; strong SaaS sales process knowledge for finance organizations.
- Industry expertise selling to finance leaders, CPAs, accounting firms, and banking sectors.
- Consultative sales skills to educate clients and tailor solutions; comfortable with SaaS tools and web conferencing for demos.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM; excellent communication, problem-solving, time-management, and collaborative skills.
